Adriana Flores-Ragade

Adriana Flores-Ragade launched the LatinxAmerica Podcast in May 2018 with a vision to change the narrative for the Latinx community one story at a time by focusing on tech, investment and innovation. In August 2019, the podcast evolved into LatinxAmerica Media and a mini-network for Latinx podcasters in 2021 She also founded We Are Diverse Creators in 2020 as a way to create a community for Latinx content creators. She has worked for Univision leading Social Impact work and for the College Board advancing equity and access initiatives. She has a masters degree in communications management from USC, a second masters from SJSU in counseling and guidance and a BA from Claremont McKenna College. She serves on the board of SquadCast, the American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education and the Bay Area Regional Council of Common Sense Media. She is currently working on a book highlighting lessons learned in over 180 interviews and in her spare time she enjoys traveling and cooking with her partner and their 11-year old daughter, 8 year old son and two cats.
